Hoodmart’s Type 1 Hood is designed for use over cooking equipment toremove heat, smoke and grease laden vapors. The make-up air hood with PSP(Perforated Supply Plenum) allows you to use a fresh air fan or a Heated(Tempered) make-up air fan. HoodMart offers heating and cooling makeup airoptions if required. HoodMart Tempered MUA units are complete in everyaspect, with all necessary gas and electrical controls included.Attractive standard features as well as numerous options and accessoriesinsure maximum design flexibility and application versatility. Airflowrates from 800 to 13,000 CFMs with fresh air heated by either Natural orLP gas. Evaporative Cooling and Heat/Cool combination units are available.HoodMart manufactures commercial kitchen makeup air hoods to work for allkitchen applications with the customer’s needs and wants in mind.
