FWE LCH-18 Cook & Hold Oven
General Informations
The LCH-18 is provided with 18 pair of fully adjustable and removable tray slides. Slides are designed to accommodate a wide variety of trays and pans including: 18″x26″, 12″x20″, GN 2/1 and GN 1/1. Additional slides are available purchas.

Construction
Stainless Steel / Insulated – Constructed of stainless steel, with welded base frame for added strength and durability – fully insulated cabinet and door provide energy efficient heating and longer holding times.
Control Panel
- Electronic controls featuring easy to read digital display of cabinet temperature (with recall capacity of temperature set point and actual cabinet temperature), equipped with a programmable low temperature alarm, master ON/OFF switch with power indicator light.
- Cook and Hold Controls – Intuitive, easy to use and kitchen friendly controls allow for 8 programmable recipes for consistent results. Provided with an internal product probe, allows for options to cook and hold by probe or by time without constant monitoring.
Vented Doors
Adjustable door vents; allows desired holding conditions from moist to crisp foods, achieving optimal results.
Heat System
Cook and Hold Oven Heat System – Gentle air circulation reduces product shrinkage, maintains high product yield. Precision accurate temperature cooking by product probe or time mode. Save on valuable hood space. No outside venting or hoods required. Local codes prevail.
Slides and Shelves
Adjustable Universal Slides – Unique universal design holds 12″ x 20″ pans, 18″ x 26″ sheet trays or GN containers on fully adjustable tray slides. Slides are removable for thorough interior cleaning.
