How do you get the meat closer to the heat?
The units have a stationary spit mechanism with a movable heater housing to ensure controlled roasting. That way, you don’t have to move hot meat to the heat and risk getting burned.

Side deflectors can retain heat in the cooking area. The extended bottom splash will provide added work area. The kebob accessory will permit cooking all kinds of creative food. Glass doors can create an attractive out front display. And a meat shovel is always convenient.
