General Info
The HP series plate warmers are ideal for restaurants. Thay can be mounted on a shelf near cooking stations, so warm plates are readily accessible the moment your entrees are ready to be dished. Removable, washable filters protect heating components so they can even be placed above the saute station.
High Performance Heating System
Blower system for fast heat up, recovery and heat distribution throughout cabinet. Simple on-off switch with power indicating light and red service indicatorlight for simple operation. Factory pre-set at 155 degrees.
Grease Filters
Protect heater components from grease and dirt so unit may be mounted conveniently above grill or saute station. Simplepull-out design for easy removal and cleaning. Filters can be washed by hand or run through an automatic dishwasher.
